Pre-Order Policy
Some items at FASON DE VIV are offered as pre-order due to our small-batch production model. This allows us to introduce new styles while reducing excess inventory and material waste.
Please review before placing a pre-order:
• Pre-order items ship within approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on the style.
• All pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled once placed.
• Orders may only be canceled if the item becomes unavailable or out of stock on the FDV side.
• If we contact you regarding your pre-order and do not receive a response within 48 hours, your order will continue through our normal fulfillment process.
• Express shipping is not available for pre-order items.
• Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, and quantities may be limited.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to the estimated shipping timeframe and our order fulfillment policy.
