Taking care of myself the way I do for guests or my family but rarely taking time to do for myself. Sometimes it’s as simple as making a delicious avocado sandwich on a buttermilk honey bread for lunch or as easy as sitting on the beach, not with work in my lap ( even when a deadline is due ) but writing in my journal or reading a great book. It’s the simplest pleasures of one good thing that makes you feel good. Get dressed wear something flowy or sexy “wink wink” and enjoy life enjoy summer. Do something that fulfills the mind, spirit, body and what you alone must have.
