We are seeking a talented and passionate Fashion Merchandise professional to join our dynamic team. As a Fashion Merchandise, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our brand by curating and managing our product assortment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development and Sourcing:
  • Collaborate with design and sourcing teams to develop new product lines that align with brand vision and market trends.
  • Source high-quality materials and manufacturers to ensure optimal product quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Merchandising and Planning:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive merchandising strategies, including product assortment planning, pricing, and promotion.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Create and manage product line plans, including seasonal assortments and inventory levels.
  • Visual Merchandising:
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising/ Graphic teams to create compelling and visually appealing product promo.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all sales channels.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Oversee inventory control and management processes to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Implement effective inventory forecasting and replenishment strategies.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in fashion merchandising or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the fashion industry, including trends, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Canva).
  • Experience with retail management systems (POS, inventory systems, Shopify).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast and slow-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital merchandising.
  • Knowledge of international sourcing and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc ).
