Log in to your customer account to view your orders and check available tracking details.

Find your order-status link

Search your inbox for FASON DE VIV or your order number. Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and follow the link to view your order status. Check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find it.

Follow your shipment

When tracking is available, use the tracking link in your shipping email or order-status page to see the carrier’s latest updates. If your order has not shipped yet, carrier tracking may not be available.
